It was a privilege to work with both Brent & Austin Dodge at Affiliated Home Loans. These men truly care and both worked hard to find the best solutions for us from the beginning to the end. They see merit in business owners; established or new. They helped us get great financing even though we hadn't been open for over 2 years like most financial institutions want. I love that we had options and we were supported in doing what was best in our unique situation. Austin did fabulous at keeping things moving along day by day & showed a strength in communication. He was in touch what seemed like daily, lettting us know to check our emails for documents and even being in touch after hours when really needed to hit our deadlines. He offered support and encouragement and even stayed with us for the seller closing portion to facilitate the best outcome due to some unique particulars. Austin and the whole team were so great to work with and went above and beyond! We are grateful to Brent for getting us started with our options and caring so much and grateful for Austin caring out the details to the end. We highly recommend this father/ son team!!

My wife and I recently bought our first home, and we utilized Austin to help get us a home loan. I can be very frank in saying that Austin put forth more effort than any other professional that helped us in the entire process of purchasing our home.
Not only is Austin on top of everything (and I mean everything), he was also in consistent communication with our realtor and the builder of the home. In addition to his fabulous communication, he also cares about all the details, exceptions and one off scenarios. I’ve heard of some people who have given him a call after being rejected at their bank, and he has found a loan solution that works for them. It just took more effort than the bank was willing to put forth, and the knowledge of how to get them a loan in their scenario.
At the end of all of this he drove about three hours to be at our signing (8:00 in the morning by the way) as he felt it was important to be there in person. I know of several family members who have used him, and he has done the same thing for all of them.
If you want high end personalized customer service at their highest level, then he is your guy. I cannot recommend him enough, he is just that good.

Austin was FANTASTIC from the very first conversation. He totally understands the questions and hesitations of first time home buying and offered to meet with us the next morning to talk through our options and see if there was anything he could do to help. Through this process what I greatly appreciated about Austin was his willingness to answer all my questions as a first time home buyer and educate me on the process. I know he had more than one client he was helping during our loan process but you could have fooled me. Austin is just the kind of guy who will make you feel like your needs, concerns, etc. are his top priority. He is personable and professional.
