I had been so stressed about our mortgage and how much it was costing us monthly but didn’t know who to trust. I saw a video Austin made on Instagram and remembered that he was friends with my sister in high school and he was always so kind. I just felt like I could trust him from the beginning. He was so good to reach out and help me feel comfortable. He answered all of my good and silly questions. I have never felt more confident in a big choice like this one. My wife and I recently bought our first home, and we utilized Austin to help get us a home loan. I can be very frank in saying that Austin put forth more effort than any other professional that helped us in the entire process of purchasing our home. Not only is Austin on top of everything (and I mean everything), he was also in consistent communication with our realtor and the builder of the home. In addition to his fabulous communication, he also cares about all the details, exceptions and one off scenarios. I’ve heard of some people who have given him a call after being rejected at their bank, and he has found a loan solution that works for them. It just took more effort than the bank was willing to put forth, and the knowledge of how to get them a loan in their scenario. At the end of all of this he drove about three hours to be at our signing (8:00 in the morning by the way) as he felt it was important to be there in person. I know of several family members who have used him, and he has done the same thing for all of them. If you want high end personalized customer service at their highest level, then he is your guy. I cannot recommend him enough, he is just that good.
